Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene stickers are securely attached to meet our health and safety standards.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
